All the San Francisco Fisherman’s Wharf atmosphere you could want with a large menu filled with fish offerings. Arrive early, put your name on the list, and wait in the well stocked and friendly bar. Soon you’ll find yourself in one of several very crowded dining areas, munching on sour dough bread and trying to pick from a plethora of shell fish and fin fish options. There is a handfull of meat dishes on the menu. But remember, this is Fisherman’s Wharf, not cattleman’s wharf.

All the fish is wild caught – nothing farm raised. The cioppino alla pescatore is wonderfully filling and worth the effort. There’s a Scoma’s across the bay in Sausalito. The food is excellent, but it’s not the same San Francisco experience.
